WHO WE ARE

Cabaret is 100% about providing our clients with the best possible quality and the best possible service.
We are a full service salon highly trained in hair coloring, cutting, hair extensions, and anything esthetics (waxing, tinting, manicures, pedicures, etc).
At Cabaret we are truly a family. We’re always cheering each other on and educating each other daily. We’re extremely lucky to have the group of ladies that we do.
We pride ourselves in keeping up with the latest trends and are constantly taking every class we are able to attend. Our staff has trained with some of the best in the industry and we truly believe that if you stop learning, you stop growing. We train yearly at the the Goldwell Academy in Toronto to make sure we’re always at the top of our game.
We also love to stay competitive. We’ve competed in the Carnival of Beauty competitions, AGM Fantasy competitions, and a few of us have competed in Goldwell’s Color Zoom.
Our Cabaret girls are very friendly/down to earth and highly knowledgeable. Wether you’re dealing with our lovely front desk girls or our talented esthetician’s or hairstylists; every single one of our goals is to see you leave us happy! 


*We hope you like dogs because we have an adorable little mascot Zeppelin to great you at the door! Zep is a hypoallergenic mini schnauzer and she’s a year and a half. She loves her toy possum and to get scratches while your color processes. (If you have any issues with dogs please let us know prior to your apt).

NEW CLIENT DEPOSIT

At Cabaret we require any new clients with a service of two hours or more to pay a $50.00 plus tax non refundable deposit (we accept emt and credit card over the phone). Your deposit is to hold your appointment and will be taken off your total price after the service. All new color clients must do a free consultation through email (or private messaging). This allows us to book you for the proper service and ensures you’re booked for the amount of time you need. Some clients may be required to come into the salon for a test strand consultation ($20). 


Our stylists and estheticians are extremely valuable and we have set this policy in place to protect them. 

BOOKING POLICIES

Being late – Cancelations – No shows


By booking an appt, you accept our booking policies. Please be certain to review the terms listed below. Thank you so much for your understanding and your cooperation.


We politely ask our clients to show up 15 minutes before your actual appointment time. Our girls are super busy and have very tight schedules so if you show up even 5 minutes late it can sometimes throw off an entire day/night for the rest of the appointments after yours.


If you show up late without notice we may have to reschedule your appointment for another day. Showing up very late with no notice could also result in a no show fee. 

Cabaret has a 24-hour cancellation policy


We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel/move an appointment. Our girls mostly work on a commission basis, so when you cancel last-minute or don’t show up to your appointment, it directly affects their pay cheques.


Our receptionists will call or text you with a reminder of your future appointment 48 hours beforehand. This gives enough time to contact those on the waiting list to fill the spot if you need to cancel. Cancelling less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment can result in a 50% charge of your scheduled service. This will have to be paid in full before booking again at Cabaret.

No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service


Clients who have no showed for appointments previously may be asked to pre-pay when booking future appointments.


We reserve the right to discontinue scheduling appointments with clients who no show more than once or who continuously cancel with less than 24 hours notice.
