CABARET BOOKING POLICIES

​

 

By booking an appointment with us, you accept our booking policies. Please be certain to review the terms listed below. Thank you so much for your understanding and your cooperation.

​

GIFT CARDS:

All of our nail techs/estheticans and some of our hairstylists are self employed. Gift cards for select service providers must be purchased directly through them-- not Cabaret. Cabaret gift cards can be redeemed for retail products and select service providers. We do our best to let you know this at the time of Gift card purchases. Online gift cards coming soon!

 

DEPOSITS:


At Cabaret we require any new colour clients to pay a $50.00 plus tax non refundable deposit ($57.50) and for new haircut clients we require 50% of the service before booking. We accept email transfers (info@cabarethair.com) or credit card over the phone. This deposit is to hold your appointment and the amount will be taken off your total price after the service. We will allow the deposit to go towards a new appointment one time but after that you would lose your deposit if moved again. Deposits are non refundable.

CONSULTATIONS: 

​

All new colour clients must do a free consultation through email (or private messaging). Please follow the link to fill out our new colour client consultation form.  We will ask you to send current photos of your hair and any inspiration photos you may have. This allows us to book you for the proper service and ensures you’re booked for the amount of time you need. Some clients with previous box colour or extreme damage may be required to come into the salon for a test strand consultation ($30). This amount covers the stylists' time and product used.

CANCELATION/NO SHOWS/BEING LATE:

​

We politely ask our clients to show up 5 minutes before your actual appointment time. Our staff have very tight schedules so if you show up even 5 minutes late it can sometimes throw off an entire day/night for the rest of the appointments after yours.

 

If you show up late without notice we may have to reschedule your appointment for another day. Showing up very late with no notice could also result in a no show fee.

Cabaret has a 48-hour cancellation policy.

 

We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel/move an appointment. Our girls work on a commission basis, so when you cancel last-minute or don’t show up to your appointment it directly affects their income/livelihood. 

​

Cancelling less than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment can result in a 50% charge of your scheduled service. This will have to be paid in full before booking again at Cabaret.

​

No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service before being able to book a new appointment.

​

Clients who have no showed for appointments previously may be asked to pre-pay when booking future appointments.

​

We reserve the right to discontinue scheduling appointments with clients who no show more than once or who continuously cancel with less than 48 hours notice.

REMINDER TEXTS:

​

As a courtesy we will text you with a reminder of your future appointment 48 hours before. This gives enough time to contact those on the waiting list to fill the spot if you need to cancel. It is still your responsibility to keep track of your scheduled appointment. 

​

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW:

​

-Parking: we do have parking but it is tight. Please do your best to stay inside the lines as it is limited. Please do not park in the parking lot directly behind the building as it doesn’t belong to us and risks getting towed. 

-Come alone: please come alone to your appointments (no friends or family). We have limited space/seating; if you need to bring someone with you please notify our desk staff prior to the appointment so we can accommodate.

-We will continue to properly sanitize our stations and tools at all times. 

-Mask are optional for staff & clients (please be respectful of the choices of others in our space at all times). If you would like your service provider to wear a mask at any point during the appointment please let us know and we will put one on; no questions asked. 

-Please rebook if you aren’t feeling well or are waiting for a Covid test result. If you come into the salon coughing or sneezing we may ask you to rebook. 

-Please show up with dry hair for a colour service.

-Please don’t wash your hair the day of an on scalp bleaching service. 

-We supply coffee, tea, water & snacks. You may bring your own as well!

-Children must be 12 years of age or older and mature enough to attend their appointment alone (exceptions apply). We do not offer children pricing.
